The room was super spacious and had a beautiful garden view by the canal. Waking up was lovely with fresh bread aroma wafting through. The beds were incredibly comfy, I slept like a baby! But those steep stairs with heavy luggage weren't fun at all. Overall, it was a great stay!

A cozy stay with warm hosts
Waking up to the aroma of freshly baked bread was a delightful experience. The location is perfect for exploring Bruges, with everything just a short stroll away. The hosts Bert and Hilde made us feel right at home, always ready to help with tips on where to go or what to see. Breakfast was a treat, featuring homemade yogurt and delicious jams that added a special touch to our mornings.
The lack of air conditioning made for a warm night, and the stairs were quite steep, especially with our heavier luggage. However, Bert assisted us with our bags, which was a kind gesture.

The breakfast's homemade elements made mornings delightful.
Unfortunately, we faced issues with no hot water for showers during our departure morning, which was particularly frustrating since we had a tight schedule to get home. The children's loud play from the upstairs apartment disrupted our attempts to relax, despite following the house rules for quiet hours. Additionally, access to a cozy spot for evening drinks was inconvenient, requiring us to step outside in the rain to return to our room.

Charming and beautifully decorated, this B&B is a treasure in Bruges. The breakfast served by the welcoming hosts was genuinely delightful, making each morning special. The only downside was the steep stairs to the room, but the comfort inside was well worth it.
